How to Register
In Person
You are invited to register during regular office hours:
| Monday - Thursday | 4:30 - 8:00 p.m. |
| Saturday | 9:00 - 1:30 p.m. |
By Mail/Fax/E-Mail
Applications can be submitted by regular mail or, if you are paying by VISA, by fax or e-mail. To e-mail, attach a scanned copy of the completed and signed application to your message and put "Registration Request" as the subject.
Applications are on a first come, first served basis.
Applications cannot be accepted from any skater with an outstanding balance.
A $15 fee is charged for NSF cheques. There are no substitutions of days.
Skate Canada tests cannot be tried unless all outstanding balances ( including test fees) are paid in full.
There is an $8.00 fee per skater to cover judges’ hospitality in addition to test fees. Schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the club.
Applications & Payments
Applications cannot be confirmed unless they are submitted with:
- Payment is by cash, VISA, MasterCard, cheque or money order payable to UPPER CANADA SKATING CLUB. The yearly $31.00 Skate Canada fee (for Home Club Members only)
- A one-time $20.00 New Member fee for members registering with us for the first time or for returning members that have been away 2 or more years.
- Applicant's health card number (OHIP)
- Applicant's signature or parent/guardian signature if under 18 years
- Prices shown do not include $31 Skate Canada fee or a $20 New Member fee
Refund Policy
No refunds in spring unless approved by the Board of Directors.
A $35 cancellation fee is charged for all refunds. No make ups or refunds for sessions missed due to illness, vacations, competitions, tests, bad weather, maintenance, repairs or management disputes.
All refund requests must be in writing, addressed to the Board of Directors.
