How To Register

By Mail/Fax/E-Mail

Applications can be submitted by regular mail or, if you are paying by VISA or MasterCard, by fax or e-mail. To e-mail, attach a scanned copy of the completed and signed application to your message and put "Registration Request" as the subject.

Applications are on a first come, first served basis.

Applications cannot be accepted from any skater with an outstanding balance.

A $25 fee is charged for NSF cheques. There are no substitutions of days.

Skate Canada tests cannot be tried unless all outstanding balances (including test fees) are paid in full.

There is an $10.00 fee per skater to cover judges’ hospitality in addition to test fees. Schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the club.

Applications & Payments

Applications cannot be confirmed unless they are submitted with:

  • Payment is by cash, VISA, MasterCard, cheque or money order payable to UPPER CANADA SKATING CLUB. The yearly $31.00 Skate Canada fee (for Home Club Members only).
  • Applicant's health card number (OHIP)
  • Applicant's signature or parent/guardian signature if under 18 years
  • Prices shown do not include $31 Skate Canada fee
  • Payment options available for fees more then $1,000 per skater/family.

Refund Policy

No make ups or refunds for sessions missed due to illness, vacations, competitions, tests, bad weather, maintenance, repairs or management disputes.

 

Discounts

Family Discount
5% off lowest fee for 2nd sibling; 10% off lowest fee for 3rd sibling. Please note that this only applies to immediate family members.
 

Guest Tickets

Guest tickets are available for home club members registered on at least one regular session at a cost of $10 per session; $20 for all others.
