CanSkate is Canada’s flagship Learn to Skate Program that has taught millions of Canadians to reach their recreational and competitive goals on the ice. The CanSkate program is geared to beginners of all ages, teaches the fundamentals of skating in a progressive and sequential manner. Lessons are taught in a group lesson format with no more than 10 skaters per group by a Certified Skate Canada Professional coaches with the assistance of trained program assistants. CanSkate focuses on fun, participation and basic skill development that can be used for figure skating, hockey, ringette, speed skating and synchronized skating.
